You don’t have to start to dramatically change your life. You don’t have to measure yourself to anyone else. But by writing 1 thing to each area of your life, you start to have a vision of what your ideal day loving yourself would look like: spending time with people who uplift you, eating good food, listening to music that brings you joy, watching movies that not only switch you off but will leave you more educated or will use the power of laughter to heal!
Our goal by the end of the 30 day will be that you spend a portion of each day loving and caring for yourself. And it all starts here, listing or at least taking mental notes of what exactly those things are!
